[. . . ] Setting Up a Hot Body Detector Kit
The Hot Body Detector kit adds an alert system to your X10 camera kit. [. . . ] You should set the motion sensor to the same House (letter) and Unit (number) Code as the camera. See the motion sensor instruction sheet for detailed instructions on changing this setting. Pick a location for the Remote Chime (model SC546) so that you will be able to hear when it is triggered. Set the House and Unit code dials on the Remote Chime to the same settings as the motion sensor and camera you are using for the alert. Then, plug the chime into a 110/120V AC outlet in the area where you wish to be alerted. Your Hot Body Detector kit is now installed and ready to signal you when motion is detected.
