Always read and follow the safety rules relating to fuel before fueling your unit. HELPFUL TIP TO STOP THE ENGINE D BEFORE STARTING THE ENGINE To stop the engine, move the throttle lever to the STOP position. WARNING: You MUST make sure the tubes are secure before using the unit. Make sure the blower end is directed away from people, animals, glass, and solid objects. STARTING POSITION IMPORTANT Experience indicates that alcohol blended fuels (called gasohol or using ethanol or methanol) can attract moisture which leads to separation and formation of acids during storage. To avoid engine problems, empty the fuel system before storage for 30 days or longer. Drain the gas tank, start the engine and let it run until the fuel lines and carburetor are empty. Never use engine or carburetor cleaner products in the fuel tank or permanent damage may occur. WARNING: When starting engine, hold the unit as illustrated.
