The diagram inside the battery compartment shows the correct way to install the batteries. The remote control has a range of up to 7 metres from the receiver at an angle of up to 60 degrees. If you are using the receiver for the first time or restored to factory default, the Installation Guide menu will appear on your TV screen. Select the programme you would like to skip and press the GREEN button. The receiver will skip this programme while zapping between programmes in live view mode. Software update If the status is set ON, it will scan new software from broadcast according to your preferred time in Start time.
