Thank you for purchasing a Shakespeare antenna product. [. . . ] Tools required: Needlenose pliers, soldering iron (40-watt min. ), resin core solder, pocket knife, wire cutters, 7/16" wrench or crescent wrench.

Installation Instructions
1. Strip outer jacket beginning ¼" from the end of the cable as shown in Figures 1 and 2. Fold the braid forward over the dielectric and taper toward the center conductor. Slide Clamp over braid until it fits squarely against the cable jacket. [. . . ] The completed connector is illustrated in the cutaway view.
