INTRODUCTION Congratulations on your recent purchase of the Russound DPA-1. 2 two-channel amplifier. The DPA-1. 2 is a high-current, high-quality amplifier, which includes automatic A/B switching. The DPA-1. 2 two-channel amplifier will amplify a source at the sensing line input or the sensing speaker level input. Switching between a default audio source and a local source, the DPA-1. 2 is ideally suited for those applications that require automatic switching and amplification. The DPA-1. 2 power output per channel is 35 watts per channel into 8-Ohms, and 45 watts into 6-Ohms. Each amplifier output channel incorporates thermal, and short circuit protection and Russound's unique Dynamic Clipping Sensor that allows for better headroom and volume without clipping or distortion.
