[. . . ] If your appliance is made of stainless steel, it might be covered with a protective film: remove it before installation. Before assembling, in order to manoeuvre the appliance more easily, take off the grease grille (Fig. [. . . ] To take off the glass, open the trolley pulling it frontwards; pull the glass towards the left (or the right) and lift one side upwards as it is indicated in the Figure 13. Depending on the model, the unit is equipped with the following controls: Controls (Fig. 7): MOTOR - Switch A When set on position "1" the motor will be switched on and off automatically by opening and closing the telescopic visor. When set on position "0" the motor will remain off at all times. SPEED - Switch B Allows the operating speed of the motor to be regulated by means of an electronic speed variator. LIGHT - Switch C When light switch is on "AUT" position the light will be turned on and off automatically by opening and closing the visor. When set to "0" position, the light will remain off, regardless of position of visor. 8): Button A: turns the lights on/off; every 30 hours of operation the corresponding pilot lamp (S) illuminates to indicate that the grease filters must be cleaned; every 120 hours of operation the corresponding pilot lamp (S) flashes to indicate that the grease filters must be cleaned and the charcoal filter replaced. To restart the hour counter (RESET), hold the button A pressed down for about 1" (while the pilot lamp S is on). Button B: drives the motor in first speed (the corresponding pilot lamp comes on); when holding it down for about 1", the motor cuts out. [. . . ] Lightings: If the fluorescent light need changing, slacken the light cover by disconnecting the screw and remove the bulb itself (Fig. - If the halogen lamps need changing, slacken the ring nut in an anticlockwise direction and remove the bulb itself (Fig. [. . . ]
