[. . . ] RECOMMENDATION : When the burners are not being used the mains gas supply valve should be closed. THE RAPID DOUBLE RING BURNER 3, 2 kW 3200 watts utilised on two burner rings of flames which ensure a best heat dissipation on the pan base. Use the large burner for bringing to the boil, for cooking large quantities, and generally for all foods requiring rapid cooking. To make the most efficient use of the burners, it is recommended not to use pans with smaller diameters than shown below : * Ultra-rapid Ø 20 cm and more * Rapid Ø from 16 to 18 cm * Semi-rapid Ø 12 cm Pans with curved, ridged or warped bottoms are not recommended. [. . . ] To save gas, make sure that the flames do not overlap the bottom of the pan. To remove stubborn stains use a spot of non-abrasive cream and a sponge and then rinse with clean water. regular cleaning is essential to maintain the original appearance of the appliance. Do not immerse the burner caps or burner support in cold water immediately after use to avoid cracking the enamel from the thermal shock. The use of abrasive cleansers is not recommended as they scratch and dull the enamel. If the holes are clogged, brush the caps using soapy water and dry with a clean cloth. The burner support : regular cleaning enables you to keep the original appearance. When re-assembling the burners, make sure that the burner caps and the burners themselves are correctly seated. When re-fitting the caps, make sure that the recess is fitted correctly into the projection. THE CONTROL KNOBS : For thorough cleaning, the control knobs can be removed by pulling them upwards. GAS CONNECTION - It must be carried out in accordance with the regulations in force in the country of use. However, in all circumstances the gas supply pipe should be fitted with a stop tap, a pressure regulator or a pressure reducer release valve for LPG. The stop tap, pressure regulator or pressure reducer release valve should only be used in accordance with the regulations in force in the country of use.
