Detailed instructions for use are in the User's Guide.

[. . . ] Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered. Do not use this groomer with a damaged or broken cutting unit, as facial injury may occur. To disconnect, turn all controls to OFF, then remove adapter from outlet, then detach power cord from the groomer stand for storage. It is suggested that you contact local town/city officials to determine proper battery redemption site(s) in your area. [. . . ] There are four positions for each attachment: Hair Length Attachment 1 Hair Length Attachment 2 0 Extra Close 0 Medium 1 Close 1 Medium Long 2 Short 2 Long 3 Medium Short 3 Extra Long To fasten the hair length attachment, place the front hooks on the hair length attachment over the front of the groomer's trimmer head, and pivot onto backside of the groomer's trimmer head to lock into place. For assistance or help, call our customer service at 800-736-4648 in the U. Be patient when first using your Remington Precision® Pivoting Personal Groomer. As with any new product, it may take a little while to familiarize yourself with it, especially if you are using a groomer for the first time or are using a different brand. Take the time to acquaint yourself with your new groomer, as we are confident you will receive years of enjoyable use and complete satisfaction. You will need a hand mirror for this operation if performing it alone. The mirror is not necessary if trimming is performed by a second person. Before you begin, remove the hair length attachment, and make sure that the wide trimmer blade is in position. If the narrow, nose and ear trimmer is up, press the button on the back of trimmer head to allow the pivoting head to swivel the wide trimmer (beard/neckline) to the up position. Use your fingers to lift the hair at the base of your head up off the neck. Your index finger should be covering the roots of the hairs you are lifting to prevent accidental removal by groomer. Using your other hand, hold the groomer horizontally to the base of your neck with the cutting unit facing up, and move the groomer along the length of the neck until the unit touches your finger covering the hair roots at the base of your head. Be sure to move the unit slowly when performing this operation and to keep the hair roots at the base of your head out of the way of the groomer. Use the hand mirror to inspect the results of the operation and ensure all hairs along the nape of the neck have been trimmed. Before you begin, press the button on the back of trimmer head to allow the pivoting head to swivel and change the wide trimmer (beard/neckline) to the narrow, nose and ear trimmer. To remove hair from nose: Nose, ear, eyebrow attachment should be in position. Rotate groomer in a circular motion around the opening of the nostril. For best cutting efficiency, gently move the groomer in and out of the nostril as you rotate the groomer. Avoid inserting the groomer more than 1/4" into your nostril to ensure safe trimming. To remove hair from ear: Nose, ear, eyebrow attachment should be in position. Insert groomer's cutting unit gently into the outer ear canal opening. To trim hairs protruding from the surface of the ear surrounding the outer ear canal, guide the groomer around the edge of the ear. [. . . ] Groomer does not hold charge: Fully discharge battery by running groomer until it stops; then follow recharging instructions (see section on Charging/Recharging). If time between recharging cycles does not increase, battery may need replacing. Call 800-736-4648 for the authorized Remington Service Center closest to you in the U. If for any reason, within 30 days of purchase of your Remington® Precision® Pivoting Personal Groomer, you are not satisfied with your groomer and would like a refund, just return your groomer, with the sales receipt, to the retailer from whom you purchased it.
