The iZi Up can be placed in the sleeping position, by a simple movement. Because of the optimally engineered belt guide system, full safety is guaranteed. Removing the cover Pay attention when removing the cover, refitting is done in reverse order. The upholstery of the iZi Up consists of 3 separate cover parts; the head rest cover, the back rest cover and the seat cover. 1 Removing the back rest cover from the iZi Up: - Open the Velcro (a) on the back rest. - Detach the elastic loops from the fixing hook (b) and (c) on the back rest. - Remove the elastic cover edges from the surrounding rim (d) of the back rest. 2 Removing the head rest cover: - Detach the elastic loops from the fixing hooks (e & f). - Remove the elastic cover edges from the surrounding rim (g) on the head rest. 2 3 Removing the seat cover: - Place the seat in sleeping position on the edge of the table (see photo) - Detach the elastic loops from the fixing hooks (h & i). - Remove the elastic cover edges from the surrounding rim (j) on the seat. Refitting the cover Refit the cover, using the previous instructions in reversed order. The cover of the iZi Up should be washed in accordance with the instructions (on the inside of the cover). Do not use any agressive cleaning products; these may harm the construction material of the iZi Up. After an accident, the iZi Up and your car seat belts should be replaced. Although they may look undamaged, if you were to have another accident, the iZi Up and your car seat belts may not be able to protect your child as well as they should. All BeSafe child safety seats are tested periodically out of our continuous production in our test laboratory.
