There are 6 adjustment positions to allow the Vivo / Vivo lite to grow with your child. To properly fit the child, the red 1 vehicle shoulder belt routings must be above the child's shoulder. . . 2 . . . AND the child's head must be centered vertically between the top and bottom of the head restraint. 3 Have your child sit in the Vivo / Vivo lite and check the height of the head restraint. If the head restraint height needs to be adjusted, lift the button at the rear side of the head restraint and move the head restraint to the proper position. Have your child sit upright in the Vivo / Vivo lite to confirm the head restraint height is correct. 12 Backrest Recline Adjustment The purpose of the backrest recline adjustment is to help the child restraint system fit flat against your vehicle's seating surfaces.
