Scroll right to switch to the account for which to specify a signature. To insert a signature in every message you send, select Include when replying and forwarding. Messaging features Select to go to Messaging When you connect to the E-mail server or synchronize your Inbox with your PC, only the first 0. 5 KB of each new message are downloaded to Inbox on your phone by default.
