[. . . ] Never put the Motor Unit (A4) under a tap or in a dishwasher, simply wipe with a damp cloth. The Processor Bowl (A6) can simply be washed by dishwasher or in the usual way under the tap. Never attempt to put food or liquid in to or out of the Processor Bowl (A6) when the blade is moving. [. . . ] Pressing the Pulse Button (A2) gives an instant quick start and releasing the Pulse Button (A2) will stop the unit quickly. If you want to have a continuous operation, turn the Handle (A3) clockwise further to position "1". Remove the Motor Unit (A4). - - OPERATION HINTS BLADES - CHOPPING/ BLENDING/ KNEADING - You can chop foodstuff including vegetables, raw or cooked meats. - Depending on the type of food, you can process up to 500g of foodstuff. This operation can be carried out three times with one minute ON and 2 minutes OFF. - You can knead up to 300 grams of normal dough with 180 grams water in 25 seconds. Caution: Always stop the machine as soon as the dough has formed a paste. This operation can be carried out twice with rest periods of 2 minutes. WHISK STICK ­ EGG BEATING - You may use the Whisk Stick (C) to whip eggs. You may whip a maximum of 12 eggs (about 1 litre) in 40 seconds at a time. - This operation can be carried out for 5 times with 40 seconds on, 2 minutes off. WHISK BLADE ­CREAM MIXING - To be used strictly with egg whites cream and prepare sauces, mayonnaise, meringue cream. - Never use the Whisk Blade (E) to knead heavy dough or to mix light dough. This operation can be carried out for 5 times with 1 minute on, 2 minutes off. DISKS - GRATING/SLICING/CHIPPING - For grating, insert the Spindle (D1) into the centre of the Reversible Grating/Slicing Disk (D4) with the Grating Blade (D5) side facing up so that the three protrusions around the Spindle (D1) penetrate the three slots around the centre of the disk. Rotate the disk by gripping the Spindle (D1) as shown in the figure and turn until it locks it into the disk. For slicing, use the Slicing Blade (D6) with the blade side facing up.
