Pinnacle Systems hereby declares that this TV reception equipment complies with the fundamental requirements and other relevant terms and conditions of EC directive number 89/336/EEC. [. . . ] 64-bit and 128-bit modes are supported, as well as ASCII and hex key entry modes.
For 64-bit WEP hex keys, enter 10 hex digits (0-9, A-F). For 64-bit WEP ASCII keys, enter 5 ASCII characters (any regular keyboard character). For 128-bit WEP ASCII keys, enter 13 ASCII characters (any regular keyboard character).
WPA: The pre-shared key mode of WPA is supported (WPA-PSK). What you should enter into the "Security Key" field is the WPAPSK "passphrase", which is 8 to 64 ASCII characters (any standard keys on your keyboard).
Security Key: When using WEP or WPA security modes, you need to enter the key or
passphrase as outlined above. A quick way to do this is to copy and paste the key or passphrase from your router's settings Web interface. When you're done, press Next in the Wizard to continue setup.

Test WiFi Settings
PCTV To Go Wireless only
At this point, PCTV To Go has been told how to connect to your wireless network. The following is happening: Your setup computer will test the settings to see if they are correct. If the settings are not correct, the Wizard will indicate that it could not validate the wireless settings, and let you make any changes. If you are sure that your settings are correct, press the "Next" button. If the settings are correct, the Wizard will connect wirelessly to PCTV To Go and tell it what these settings are. PCTV To Go will now try to connect to your wireless network through your wireless router. The Wizard will now reconnect your setup computer back to its normal setting -- attached wirelessly to your Wi-Fi router. Finally, the Wizard will attempt to reconnect to PCTV To Go through your wireless LAN and using your wireless router. This should all occur automatically, and take a few minutes to complete. If any of these steps fails, you may have to restore the PCTV To Go box to its factory state as described here , and restart the Wizard. If your computer for some reason does not reconnect automatically to your wireless LAN, you will be informed; click here.

The Wizard wasn't able to automatically connect to the wireless network with the settings you entered here. One of the reasons could be that your wireless card is controlled by a 3rd party utility that was installed with your wireless card drivers. Just go ahead and connect to the specified wireless network manually as suggested and click Next.

At this point, the Wizard is establishing a link from the PCTV To Go box to the setup computer so you can see what is happening while you configure the video settings. No action is necessary; in a few seconds, you should automatically proceed to the video input configuration.

Video Input Configuration
Your PCTV To Go has successfully joined your network. Begin by selecting which type of connector on the back of the PCTV To Go box, your video source is connected to.
Select one of three connector types:
SCART Composite video: Your device outputs a composite video signal on the SCART connector. Composite A/V - this connector supports composite video and stereo audio on RCA
style connectors.
SCART RGB video: Your device outputs a component video signal on the SCART
connector. When you select the proper option, you might see video in the preview window--for example, if you've connected a DVD player that's currently playing a DVD. [. . . ] PCTV To Go Setup Wizard will ask you to connect your PC to the same wireless network as PCTV To Go. Manually connect to the SSID of the wireless network and then click Retry. Once you have established the connection, click Next to continue with the configuration. Tip: You can prevent your PC from automatically joining the wrong wireless network (if more than one wireless network is available). [. . . ]
