Searching forwards/ backwards You can search forward or backward on a disc at two, four, sixteen or thirty two times the normal playback speed. A During playback, press (reverse) or (forward) to switch to the search function. It displays the search speed (FREV x2, FREV x4, FREV x16, FREV x32, FFWD x2, FFWD x4, FFWD x16, FFWD x32) The sound will be muted. B Use keys to cycle through the search speeds. PLAY . C To resume normal playback, press Pausing playback and step play A During playback, press PAUSEÅ to pause playback and display a still picture. B Press PAUSEÅagain to move one frame forward.
