Mark lap completion and start next lap measurement Press START/LAP. Lap time appears for 4 seconds, then split time appears for 4 seconds, then display returns to overall time. When DATA mode is first accessed, the time for the first lap is displayed. The display alternates automatically between lap and split times. 10 d TIMER TIMER mode provides a multi-function countdown timer programmable in one minute increments up to 23 hours and 59 minutes. The timer can be programmed in 3 ways: ·Countdown to zero and stop ·Countdown and repeat ·Countdown and begin counting up from zero. 11 Quick lap/split view Press ADJUST for quick change of lap and split view. Set the timer 1 In TIMER mode, press and hold ADJUST for two seconds. Next lap number and lap time appear. 2 Press START/LAP to advance one hour. Hold for quick advance. 3 Press STOP/RESET to advance to the next programmable element. The upper portion of the display shows the starting countdown time. 5 Press STOP/RESET to advance to the next programmable element. Pause timer Press STOP/RESET during countdown. Select Cd-U for countdown and chronograph count up. Restart timer Press START/LAP. Countdown continues. 7 Press ADJUST to save changes. Reset timer Timer must be paused to reset.
