Machines with double insulation always carry the international symbol. Wrap the abrasive paper around the sanding shoe, place it under the second clamp and tighten. Operating Orbital Sander Best results are obtained from the orbital sander by sanding one path after the other. Begin with a rough abrasive paper and continue through the fine grades until the surface finish desired is obtained. A high working pressure reduces the number of orbits, and consequently the sanding capacity. The machine should be running before it is placed on the workpiece and switched off again after it has left the workpiece (this prevents scratches as motor dies out). Maintenance and Upkeep Any tool used work with wood will be covered with dust. All moving parts of the machine receive sufficient lubrication before leaving the factory. Replacing carbon brushes Our service personnel will carry out this and other servicing work fast and professionally. Thanks to the new mains cable (10) with patent quick-action lock this could not be more simple. Press the two lock push-buttons (11) and pull the mains cable (10) out of the handle. Only use mains cables with patent quick-action lock for KRESS power tools!
