Storing Originals (from EDH)
Basic Functions
Scan up to 100 originals (80 g/m²) into the document memory in one cycle. To scan more than 100 originals, you have to run more than one cycle, each with a maximum of 100 original pages.

Press the key [START] on the control panel to start scanning the original. How can I delete the data that has been scanned into memory?

Press the [STOP] key on the control panel. To confirm the deletion of the data press the key [EXIT] .

Check that enough memory is still available.

Using Rotation Mode
Note the following important information!· A 90 rotation requires a large amount of memory · Paper sizes: A4 and B5 (lengthwise and crosswise) These features cannot be combined: · Basic functions: · Applications

Vertical/Horizontal Zoom, Rotation Sort, Rotation Group Dual Page, Non-Image Area Erase, Repeat (except 2/4/8)
The "Rotation Mode" function is enabled by default. You can use the [ROTATION OFF] key to enable and disable the feature.

Press the [ROTATION OFF] key to switch off page rotation. The functional display for "Rotation Mode" disappears.
Changing initial settings Use key operator mode to modify the system's initial settings. For more information, see page 7-1.

Combination Rotation Mode and APS
The following situation occurs:

You copy an A4 original lengthwise. However, only A4 paper is loaded crosswise in the system.
The copy image is rotated by 90 automatically. As such, it fits 1:1 onto the paper.
