The throttle control regulates the engine revs and thus the rotation speed of the blades. = Full speed = Idling speed The accelerator control regulates the motor speed and also the speed of the blades. Make sure that the cutting unit is in the transport position (top position) and that the lever for connection/disconnection of the cutting unit is in the disconnection position. If the engine will not start, wait about 10 seconds before the next try. Let the ignition key return to the "ON" position when the engine has started and push in the choke control as soon as the engine is running smoothly. Move motion control lever to full forward position and hold for five (5) seconds. engage transmission by placing freewheel control in driving position. TRANSAXLE PUMP FLUID The transaxle was sealed at the factory and fluid maintenance is not required.
