Remove your air purifier from the box and take it out of the clear plastic protective bag. · For Models 30090 & 37065: To release the front grill, place your fingers behind the tabs and pull forward. (Refer to Figure 2. ) The HEPA Filter is already installed in the correct position, but you need to confirm that it is fully inserted. Notice the orientation of the flaps and seal, which should be pressed firmly into the filter opening. The carbon pre-filter is mounted inside the front grill with "hook" tape. (Refer to Figure 3. ) Place the filter installation reminder sticker on the inside edge of the front grill. Circle the month and write the year of installation for the pre-filter and HEPA Filter. Be sure that the bottom grill tabs are in position first, and then push the top of the grill forward until it is closed. If the Air Purifier cord, ionizer, or front grill fails any time within one (1) year after installation due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will replace or, at our option, repair the unit free of charge at our nearest service center or at our Service Department in Memphis, Tennessee.
