[. . . ] The Power/Memory light on the back of the camera will start blinking to show that the battery is charging. When the Power/Memory light stops blinking, the battery is fully charged, and you can then unplug the power adapter from the camera. You can continue to use the camera while the battery is being charged by the power adapter. The first time you turn the camera on, you are prompted to choose a language. Your camera contains internal memory that allows you to store images and video clips. However, you can use a memory card (purchased separately) instead to store images and video clips.
