(Please refer to `Dehumidifier' on pg 7 or `Humidifier' on pg 8 for instructions). 4) Select the required fan speed (High/Low) by depressing the fan speed button. [. . . ] 1b) To remove the air intake filter: Simply pull the filter handle upwards and pull out the filter 2) The air intake filter can also be washed in lukewarm soapy water while rubbing it lightly with a brush. IMPORTANT: To avoid damaging the HEPA type filter, do not attempt to clean or wash the filter.
